Eligibility for Returns

  2. Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  3. Documentation: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Process

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to a defect or error on our part.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
